Eval and OPK (OEM Preinstallation Kit)

The eval versions of POSReady 7 and XP based  POSReady 2009 can be downloaded from the Microsoft Embedded Website.  Warning: The eval version of the toolkit has all the functionality as the non-eval but will stop working after 180 days.. Also, be aware that an image made with the eval version cannot be converted into a non-eval version. You need to start (or recreate) an image using the non-eval OPK. 

Once you are issued a CLA we can send you the POSReady 7 OPK (OEM Pre-installation Kit). OPKs are free and are what you use to create an image for production.
